Naranjo Museum Summer Camps take place in the summer starting June 1, 2026 and are both half day and full day camps for children who enjoy learning about natural history and science. There are different themes for camps and children learn through crafts, experiments and other hands-on activities.
Early Bird Registration for Museum Members begins Monday, March 9th.
Open registration begins March 30th!

Week 1: June 1-5th Jurassic Week! for students age 5-8
Week 2: June 8-12th When Worlds Changed: Extinction & Survival! for students age 9-13
Week 3: June 15-19th Build It! Week for students age 5-8
Week 4: June 22-26th Fossil Finders! for students age 9-13
Week 5: July 6-10th Worlds Beneath the Waves! for students age 5-8
Week 6: July 13-17th Rockets to Rovers! for students age 9-13
Week 7: July 20-24th Castles, Kingdoms, and Culture! for students age 5-8
Week 8: July 27-31st Jr. Archaeologist of East Texas! for students age 9-13

Camp Registration Cost
½ Day options are 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm and cost: VIP $70, Member: $80, Non Member $90.
Full Day: 8am-5pm with a lunch from 12pm-1pm and cost: VIP $140, Member $160, Non Member $180
Lunch addition for ½ day only cost: $25/day
Single Day Drop In (full day only) cost: $50/day
