The Gem Room A A

The Gem room is a collection of precious stones, money, and jewelry that Dr. Naranjo has collected
over the years. Confederate currency was printed just before the outbreak of the civil war by the newly formed Confederate States of America. After the Confederacy lost the war the money was practically worthless, but it is still a prized collector’s item for many history enthusiast and antique dealers. A necklace owned by Rudyard Kipling is another prized possession to Dr. Naranjo. Rudyard Kipling was the English writer of the Jungle Book. The necklace is 18 carat gold.
